Speaking in "tongue"

I am fond of speaking over the phone now. But when Mummy calls home from the office to talk to me, I refuse to speak to her or say "Hello" to her.

Watch the video. Can you understand what I am speaking? Make a guess! Mummy and Daddy say I am speaking in "tongues", so only God knows what I am saying.

It's beginning to look a lot like X'mas

Remember I told you we've got a huge and beautiful X'mas tree at home. So we have been taking pictures with it. I am sure there are more photographs coming your way, so keep it look out!

Party - Part II

Daddy took some videos of me in class during the party.

This is my first time eating yoghurt but I enjoyed every bit of it

Then time for the gift exchange and also time to say good-bye to everyone!

Early X'mas celebrations with my little friends

Sat, 12 Dec 09 was the last lesson for the term at GUG. We had a short lesson and it was followed by our X'mas celebrations. Every Mummy brought food and a prezzie for gift exchange. All the kids were in a jolly mood that day, and so was I.

Here I was before the lesson started, playing with all the toys our teacher have laid on the mat for us.

Then, we had a short Bubble-time! Yay, our favourite. My classmates and I were so excited in trying to reach out for the bubbles, that we were all stretching out our hands. As you can see, we've got to be fast in this, else others would catch the bubbles instead.

Finally, makan time! Lots of food - Cakes, Nuggets (by my Mummy), cream puffs, yoghurt etc.

What's new with me?

Two NEW things to update you.

(1) I have learnt how to pose for the camera. Mummy said "Ariel, how do you pose?" and I took out my finger, tilted it towards my face and gave a smile. Mummy was so amused! she wondered from whom I learnt it from, as she hasn't taught me this yet.

(2) Viola! My new shopping cart! I simply love it!

Dressed like an Angel

I went to Uncle Keith's house for his 21st Birthday Party. I was dressed like an Angel!

And here's my escort - Junior! We are all in white!

Outing to Changi Airport T3

Ariel saying "Hello" to you from Changi Airport T3!

Our mission there was to check out the Crocs sale. Mission was partly accomplished. Mummy and Daddy bought me 3 pairs of Crocs shoes, but they were not the kind Mummy was looking for. But they were glad I had fun. Of course I did, there was lots of space for me to run about!

Guess what Daddy and I were so engrossed in?

We were looking at all the khor-khors and jie-jies playing in the huge air-castle. I wanted to go in too but I am underage. What a disappointment!

Rides @ Marina Square

Guess where I was in these pictures?

We were at Marina Square after my lesson at GUG. Mummy and Daddy gave me some time to play at the kiddy playground. Think what I enjoyed most was the slide. Daddy was busy carrying me up and down.

My latest image

Mummy has just bought me a new hairband. She was surprised and in fact, very glad that I do not mind wearing it Whenever she tries to clip or tie my hair, I would definitely pull off the clip or the rubberband. Do you like my latest image?

Now, I am all ready to doll up for X'mas!

Shoes

Mummy cannot resist buying shoes for me. She says every pair of shoes has a different purpose, as it is worn for different occasion and it goes with a different outfit. Wah! Sounds so complicated, isn't it? Well, for now, Mummy makes the decision of what shoes I should wear whenever I go out.

See, Mummy has taken a picture of my collection of shoes. Actually there are more, but I have outgrown several pairs and it gives Mummy the excuse of buying me more shoes.

Yes, that's me trying to wear the shoes on my own.

Weekend activities!

I had a very exciting and enjoyable weekend. Let me tell you what I did...

Mummy and Daddy brought me to watch a Sesame Street Show at a nearby mall twice. I couldn't believe my eyes seeing the live sizes of Elmo, Cookie Monster, Ernie and Bert! I kept calling out their names at the end of the show.

We took a short walk at the Dairy Farm Nature Park.
Mummy and Daddy also brought me to a dog run and I was simply thrilled seeing so many dogs having fun.

Santa Claus is coming to town (again)!

Yay! It's X'mas again. Can't wait for all the gifts!
Our new X'mas tree - Isn't it tall and huge.
Grandpa was decorating the tree with X'mas ornaments. I was really excited seeing all the balls. But I wasn't of much help, except messing up the house and throwing the balls all over the place.
So Mummy turned on my favourite cartoons, so as to keep me occupied. It worked! But only for a short, short while and I would be back to my nonsense again.

Tah-dah! After all the lights and decos are up, we have our lovely X'mas tree for 2009!

Me, bully Junior?

Nowadays, I am fond of "stealing" Junior's soft-toys. Junior will be so irritated with me, he will bark at me and chase me around the house, just to snatch the toys back from me. Everyone at home says I "bully" Junior... Nah! I just wanna have some fun with him, that's all!

Me, the Dancing Queen?

All little girls love to dance? Well, I guess so. I love it too. Watch me in the video dancing to the dance which I have choreographed.

Sick!

I fell a little ill last week. Papa was also not well. Doctor said he has the stomach flu virus and he must have passed the virus to me and that was why I had the diarrhoea. It was really uncomfy to have watery poop. So I would point to my diapers and tell Mummy "poo poo" and she would change me out of my diapers immediately.

As I was not getting better even taking after taking the medicine given by the GP, Mummy decided to take me to see Dr Ong - my PD at United Square, whom I have been seeing since I was a baby. After seeing Dr Ong, I am well now!

But Mummy and Grandma were very proud of me because I was good with my medicine. Good girl, Ariel!

Oh yes, I finally took my height and weight when I was at Dr Ong's clinic. Guess what - @ 17 months, I am about 81 cm tall and weighs 10.2kg.
