Roller away

Mummy bought me my first piece of Mickey Mouse DVD.  She said it is to get me ready for DisneyLand.  So when I'm at DisneyLand, I will be familiar with all the Disney characters.

Well, in the dvd, Mickey and Minnie Mouse wore roller-skates and inspired me to try on mine too.  Guess what, it actually belonged to jiu-jiu when he was about 5-6 years old.  Grandpa couldn't bear to throw it away and kept it so well all these years.

Skates still looking as good as new!

I looked steady huh..
Nah, actually.. I was about to fall anytime.
This was a very quick shot after the adults let go of my arms

Macdonald, I'm loving it

Not sure when it started, but I became really hooked on to Macdonalds.  Recently, I will make my request to have meals at Macs.

Mummy asked, " What do you want to eat?"

I replied with delight, "French fries, Ice-Cream!"

Mummy wondered why most kids are naturally drawn to Macdonalds.

Ariel is che-che!

I don't think I have talked about my cousin, Joshua di-di in my blog.

Joshua di-di is born on 23 July 2010. Yes, that makes me a che-che. Yes, I am quite proud of my new role. But I became quite jealous of him.  I guess I was given all the attention before... but now, I've to share with Josh di-di. I'm still learning to cope with it.  My Mummy is not allowed to carry Joshua. When she tries to, I will cry and protest and I tell her, "No! Mummy carry Ariel! One at a time..."

Sharing a fun moment with Joshie

It was really difficult to get a shot together.
Guess who's the uncooperative one?

"Can I have coins, Mummy."

I'm now game for any sort of rides. But my favourite is still the "Barney" ride.  Whenever I see the kiddy rides, I will ask for coins. Mummy and Daddy try to restrict me to 1 ride each time we are out. On good days, I get to enjoy 2.  The neighbourhood rides are the cheapest! 40cents for one ride and they last a long time.

HFMD strikes

Blisters on my leg from HFMD outbreak.

Children's Day

I had a wonderful Children's Day. Mummy took time off from work and brought me to Marsya che che's house.  There, Auntie Siti treated us to a Macdonald lunch

Marsya che-che and I played the entire afternoon with dolls, with play dough and we danced too!

Watch me learn how to dance from Marsya che-che.

I was totally bushed by the time we went home in the evening.  I can't wait for another of such session.

Shoes fetish?

Quite typical of any girls, I'm simply in love with shoes and slippers.
Everyday, I will put on all my different pairs of slippers. Yes, even tho' the slippers are already worn outside, I still walk around at home with them.  The adults gave up trying to dissuade me from doing so.

Recently, I have a new habit.  When I'm out, I will observe the shoes other kids are wearing and I will say, "Later Mummy buy for Ariel.".

I am also fond of wearing heeled shoes. Mummy reckons that it is the "Kok, Kok, Kok" sound which I like. In fact, Mummy and Grandma think I can manage the high-heels well.  Just watch me in the video and tell me what you think?
