Baking!

Another session to get our hands "dirty".  This time Mummy and I attended a baking class together at SOEZ (United Square).   Mummy said she loved baking too... So for our first time baking session, we learnt how to bake chocolate walnut cupcakes.  We girls had an enjoyed one and a half hour session, beating the egg, mixing the flour etc and finally seeing the finished product! The cakes smelt so finger-licking good.

I told Mommmy that I want to join another class soon. Mommy also enjoyed herself very much, and said we gotta practice what we've learnt.

Ready to start!

A tiny apron for our little chef.

Here's the receipe

Our ingredients, all nicely prepared for us.

We started mixing the butter and egg... Lots of strength needed
Mummy and I took turns.

We added in the chocolate chips and walnut.

After everything was done, we poured our cake mixture
into little cups. They are now ready for the oven.

While waiting for our cakes to be ready, the Master Chef
gave all kids organic playdough to have some fun with.

After some 15-20 mins, our cakes were ready. Each of us
brought home about 9 cupcakes! I couldn't wait to give it a try.
